I didn’t realize the handles on my hiking pot had the brand name stamped in them until it was branded on my fingers. I’ve decided to cook at least one thing a day on my backpacking stove to get comfortable with what I like and what I don’t like, and to get the whole process dialed in… so stuff like this doesn’t happen on the trail.
